Why use us?

We are an ethical and professional firm providing a personalised service to our clients. Migration and visa law is extremely complex and constantly changing. We know that the key to submitting a successful application is to include a substantive supporting document prepared by a professional that addresses every section of the current legislation relevant to your matter. This allows the assessing officers the opportunity to fully understand your visa situation. Submitting an application form by yourself may not provide the specific details required by the department to grant your visa.

The services typically provided by our Registered Migration Agents include the following:
  • Advice relating to the client's migration goals and their choice of visa category
  • Frank and candid advice regarding the prospects of success (noting that an RMA is not able to guarantee the success of an application)
  • Analyse current Immigration Law relating to the nominated visa category
  • Review your application.
  • Assist in the completion and/or checking of relevant application forms
  • Advice and assistance relating to documentation required to support the application
  • Prepare any necessary supporting submissions to the relevant Assessing Authority, Department or review body
  • Submit the application to the relevant Assessing Authority, Department or review body for processing
  • Wherever possible, supply any further documentation or information requested by the Department on receipt of documents from the client
  • Wherever possible, assist the client to comply with any request made by the Department or review body
  • Keep the client fully informed of all developments concerning the progress of the application
  • Promptly advise the client of any communications from the Department or review body
  • During the processing of the application, advise the client of any changes to the law or Departmental policy requirements affecting the visa application
  • Advise the client promptly of the outcome of the application
  • Following the successful grant of your visa provide advice regarding visa conditions and requirements
We recommend that you contact us and obtain expert advice regarding your situation from our staff
